Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Madrid is seeking a Technical Consultant to lead the technical management of a portfolio of assets. You will supervise construction projects, ensure legal and technical compliance, and coordinate with Property Managers to deliver reliable facility operations.

You will monitor budgets, oversee renovations, and act as a key client contact for technical services while engaging with internal teams to optimize asset performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Overall technical management of assets/buildings under care.
• Supervise construction projects in common and private areas.
• Work under supervision of Asset Services Spain technical managers.
• Provide technical support to Property Managers in Spain.
• Ensure compliance with legal/technical requirements for buildings.
• Negotiate contracts with technical service providers and supervise compliance.
• Monitor and control budget, P&L for buildings under management.
• Oversee renovation and repair works.
