Qualifikationen

• 3+ years Tech & Cybersecurity recruitment, incl. 2+ years in-house.
• Proven sourcing: build your own pipeline and show it.
• AI-savvy: use AI tools to improve efficiency and automate tasks.
• Deep understanding of tech & cybersecurity landscapes and trends.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic hiring decisions.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Tech and Cybersecurity roles across seniority levels.
• Proactively source passive talent through multi-channel strategies (Boolean, LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, referrals).
• Identify repetitive tasks and propose automation or process improvements using AI and tools.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and interview best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, GDPR, and European hiring regulations.
• Deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners.
