Job summary

Talent-R is a Barcelona-based startup recruiting in digital & tech fields. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to learn, take ownership, and grow with us.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, our CRM and networks, and screen them to assess fit. Join a fast-paced startup, collaborate with Account Managers, and develop a strong talent pipeline while exploring AI-assisted sourcing.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Master’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and people.
• Proactive, curious and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
• Experience or interest in Generative AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and approach candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, our CRM and networks.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Understand and qualify recruitment needs alongside Account Managers.
• Manage candidate relationships and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Build and maintain your own talent pipeline and professional network.
• Create and optimize job advertisements to attract the right talent.
• Coordinate recruitment processes and ensure timely follow-up.
• Bring ideas to improve sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Explore how AI and new tools can make recruitment smarter and more efficient.
