Job summary

Unlimit is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to own end-to-end recruitment for senior commercial roles across the UK and Europe. You will hunt passive candidates, lead executive search projects, and shape strategies with hiring managers and executives.

You will build pipelines, craft outreach that drives responses, and manage offers while maintaining data integrity in Lever. A background spanning agency, in-house, and fintech/payments is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on direct search and executive hiring.
• Proven track record closing senior and C-level roles through direct outreach.
• Background spanning agency, in-house, and international fintech/payments is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring for commercial roles across UK and Europe, from kickoff to offer.
• Lead executive search projects: market mapping and passive candidate outreach.
• Source relentlessly via LinkedIn, communities, referrals, events, and network; build pipelines.
