Job summary

BizAway is seeking a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner in Barcelona to lead end-to-end tech recruitment across Engineering, Data, ML, Architecture, and Product. You will partner with CTPO and senior leaders to align hiring with the technology roadmap and market dynamics.

You will proactively map markets, build talent communities, and drive innovative sourcing. A hybrid setup to attract elite tech talent across Europe is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruitment experience in high-growth tech companies, SaaS, or scaleups.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing complex, senior roles (Software/Data Engineering, Data Science, ML, Architecture, Product).
• Technical fluency to credibly converse with senior engineers, architects, and product leads.
• Advanced headhunting skills utilizing Boolean search, direct outreach, talent mapping, and alternative channels.
• Strategic stakeholder management with the confidence to advise, influence, and challenge senior leadership (including the CTPO).
• Networking & community mindset: proactive, autonomous networker building long-term talent communities.
• Commercial mindset: exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and candidate-closing abilities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Tech Recruitment: Own full-lifecycle hiring across Engineering, Data, ML, Architecture, and Product, with internal and external partners.
• Strategic Leadership Partnering: Align hiring strategies with technology roadmap and capability gaps.
• Proactive Market Mapping & Pipeline: Benchmark compensation and map target communities before vacancies arise.
• Employer Branding & Ecosystem Building: Position BizAway across Barcelona and European tech hubs.
• Commercial & Creative Sourcing: Design outreach strategies to engage and close passive talent.
• Candidate Experience & Data Intelligence: Deliver a high-touch journey and advise leadership on feasibility.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with TA team to optimize sourcing practices and priorities.
