Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Team Leader to lead and develop a customer support team on-site. The role emphasizes coaching, performance reviews, and maintaining high service standards for automotive clients.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of team management in automotive services, strong IT and negotiation skills, and fluency in English with Danish and Chinese. A full-time schedule with training and growth opportunities is offered in a central Barcelona location.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer support representatives.

• Monitor team performance against KPIs.
• Deliver performance reviews to team members.
• Identify training needs and organize training sessions.
• Prepare reports on team performance, incidents, and customer feedback.

As a Team Leader on our team, you will:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer support representatives
• Conduct regular performance reviews and develop improvement plans
• Ensure high standards of customer service and support
• Cooperate with PM to fulfill Client's business account plan
• Monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Deliver the performance review to team members
• Identify training needs and opportunities for team growth and organize training sessions
• Prepare reports on team performance, mission-critical incidents, and customer feedback
