Concentrix Spain Business Process Outsourcing S.L.U. in Barcelona is seeking a Team Leader (Danish and Chinese - speaking) to lead a customer support team on site.

You will coach, evaluate performance, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with the project manager to meet client objectives. Fluency in Danish, Chinese, and English is required, with a focus on automotive industry customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Danish and Chinese bilingual, fluent in English.
• 3+ years of customer service team management experience.
• Experience in automotive industry is a plus.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and develop improvement plans.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and support.
• Cooperate with PM to fulfill Client's business account plan.

What you will do in this role

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer support representatives
• Conduct regular performance reviews and develop improvement plans
• Ensure high standards of customer service and support
• Cooperate with PM to fulfill Client's business account plan
• Monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Deliver the performance review to team members
• Identify training needs and opportunities for team growth and organize training sessions
• Prepare reports on team performance, mission-critical incidents, and customer feedback
