Concentrix Spain Business Process Outsourcing S.L.U. in Barcelona is hiring a Working Team Leader (English-speaking) to drive sales targets and manage client relationships on-site.

This is a full-time 39 hours/week role offering a €20,376 gross annual salary plus up to €5,000 gross yearly bonus, private medical insurance, and full paid training with career development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Execute and achieve sales quota and targets.
• Identify and qualify prospects and deciders in the targeted companies.
• Focus on driving profitability through proactive management.
• Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline.
• Review level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary.
• Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow upon potential business.
• Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls regarding, customer inquiries and request.
• Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers when required.

What you will do in this role
