Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead sourcing strategies and scalable hiring of customer support teams. You will manage interviews, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and coordinate onboarding for large incoming classes.

You will work closely with HR, operations, and leadership in Monterrey and the U.S. to scale the support organization while maintaining accurate candidate records and reporting hiring progress.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a start-up environment.
• Must know local job boards, resume banks, and recruiting channels.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-moving startup.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Experience coordinating onboarding logistics and supporting candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Drive sourcing strategies, post jobs on the right channels, and build strong candidate pipelines to hire customer support representatives at scale.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.
• Partner with local leadership to organize onboarding sessions, orientation schedules, and new hire paperwork for large incoming classes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse (our ATS), track progress against hiring targets, and report regularly to leadership.
• Work closely with HR, operations, and customer support managers in Monterrey and the U.S. to ensure smooth scaling of the support team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a start-up environment.
• Strong knowledge of local job boards, resume banks, and recruiting channels.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and stay organized in a fast-moving startup.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish — written and spoken.
• Comfortable coordinating across teams, managing onboarding logistics, and supporting both candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse a plus).
