Criteria Recursos Humanos is supporting a Talent Acquisition specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, deployment, and corporate roles across the fastest growth phase. You will own sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and closing, with direct candidate outreach and calibration conversations with hiring managers.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with high proficiency in Catalan.

Formación

• Experience recruiting for tech environments, engineering, technical, or industrial roles.
• Proven track record recruiting for the US and UK markets.
• Agency background or experience in a hyper-growth start-up.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer and close.
• Source and engage candidates directly with no pipeline support.
• Run calibration conversations with hiring managers to ensure market alignment.
• Work against KPIs and timelines in a fast-moving environment.
• Communicate fluently in English and Spanish; Catalan proficiency is highly desirable.

We are looking for someone as Talent Acquisition end to end. Our client is entering the fastest period of growth in the company's history, hiring across engineering, deployment, and corporate functions all at once, and you'll be the person who turns every one of those open roles into a signed offer.

Responsibilities

• Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting, owning a process end to end: sourcing, calibration, screening, interviews, offer, and close.
• Proven track record of recruiting and sourcing in the US, UK market.
• A track record of closing candidates, not just moving them through a pipeline.
• Comfortable sourcing and engaging candidates directly. This role has no one else building your pipeline for you.
• Experience running calibration conversations with hiring managers and pushing back when a brief doesn't match the market.
• Comfortable working against KPIs and timelines in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish, with high proficiency/fluency in Catalan.
