Honest Greens is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team in a fast-growing restaurant lifestyle brand. You will own end-to-end recruitment for frontline hospitality roles, sourcing candidates across databases, job boards, social media, and referrals, while building talent pools for future needs.

You will screen CVs, conduct interviews, assess skills and culture fit, coordinate hiring days, and provide market insights to hiring managers.

Formación

We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team. The ideal candidate is a team player, stellar communicator, and problem-solver, with a proven track record in high-volume recruitment within the hospitality industry.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment where no two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in building the teams that bring our brand to life every day.

Your day-to-day will include…

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for restaurant positions.
• Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels (databases, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals).
• Screening CVs and applications, conducting in-person interviews, and assessing technical skills, soft skills, and culture fit.
• Building talent pools and pipelines to anticipate future hiring needs.
• Coordinating hiring days, group interview dynamics, and other volume recruitment initiatives.
• Conducting reference checks and managing job offers.
• Supporting hiring managers by providing market insights, recruitment best practices, and ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.
• Reporting on recruitment.
• Helping to update and improve recruitment-related SOPs, interview guidelines, and employer branding actions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related.
• 1/3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally with a strong focus on high-volume, frontline hospitality roles.
• Proven experience handling multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Proven experience with Employer branding projects.
• Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Infojobs, Indeed, Job Today, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to report and track key recruitment metrics.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• A passion for people, hospitality, and growing meaningful teams.
