Jobtailor is seeking a talent acquisition professional to drive full-cycle recruitment across creative, strategy, production, and client teams. You will manage sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding while building diverse pipelines and maintaining strong candidate communications.

Collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions and outreach, evaluate portfolios, and monitor market trends. English mandatory, Spanish preferred in this international, creative environment.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or coordination.
• Strong sourcing skills.
• Passion for creativity, culture, and the people who bring ideas to life.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills in Spanish and English.
• Proactive and organized.
• Willingness to learn and grow a career in talent within an international, creative environment.
• English mandatory.
• Spanish preferably.
• Any other language is a plus.
