This role involves managing recruitment processes, analyzing metrics for performance improvements, and building long-term client relationships. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and proficiency in both Spanish and English. This position demands a commercial approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Proven experience leading recruitment teams, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of leadership experience managing teams with coaching abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Talent Acquisition function to ensure growth and operational excellence.
• Own OKRs related to growth, sales, and performance.
• Execute capacity planning and allocate workloads effectively.
