Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative (English-speaking) to manage qualified inbound calls and drive account development for Commercial customers. The role is on-site in Barcelona with a 39-hour week and a compensation package including base salary and performance bonus.

The successful candidate will have English proficiency, at least one year of sales experience, and strong negotiation and communication skills to engage customers and partners effectively.

Qualifications

• One year of related sales experience.
• Proficient or bilingual level of English.
• Excellent negotiation and strong communication skills (verbal & written), including telephone and presentation skills.
• Ability to work toward goal achievement with teamwork, motivation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage qualified inbound calls for Commercial business development of customers acquired / profiled on line account management of gold customers and partners.
• Perform outbound calls to develop and acquire new business (in addition to call back for support tasks).
• Log all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time.
• Provide feedback on sales activity skills for the specialist.
• Identify right contacts at customers.
• Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline.
