Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative (Swedish-speaking) to join our Barcelona on-site team. You will handle qualified inbound calls for Commercial business development, manage gold customers and partners, and contribute to building a strong sales pipeline.

The role requires a proficient or bilingual level of Swedish and advanced English, about one year of sales experience, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• One year of related sales experience.
• Proficient or bilingual level of Swedish with an advanced English level.
• Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including telephone and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage qualified inbound calls for Commercial business development of customers acquired / profiled online.
• Account management of gold customers and partners.
• Perform outbound calls to develop and acquire new business (in addition to call back for support tasks).
• Login all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time.
• Give feedback on sales activity.
