Anteriad invites you to join their BDR team based at the Las Rozas campus near Madrid. You will call Swedish companies and engage IT managers to gather information and generate qualified leads, with no on-phone selling.

You will collaborate with client sales teams in real-time during Warm Handovers. The role emphasizes uncapped commissions, ongoing internal training, and a hybrid work setup with weekly Friday social and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• Native Swedish required.
• High level of English required.
• Sales/telemarketing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work legally in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Call companies in Sweden and speak with IT managers; no selling on the phone.
• Gather information by asking relevant IT-related questions to generate a lead.
• Participate in Warm Handover with client's sales team and build a network of decision-makers.
