Job summary

Workwide is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to turn warm leads into customers and manage ongoing relationships. You will pursue upselling and win-back activities while handling a high volume of daily calls from Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol.

You will work with an international team in a beachside office, offering room to grow a sales career. The role welcomes relocation to Spain and requires fluency in Swedish with good English.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish and good English.
• Strong communicator who puts the customer first.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads and convert them into new customers.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers.
• Build and grow your own customer portfolio.
• Drive upselling and win-back activities.
• Handle around 70 customer calls per day.
• Maintain high levels of follow-up throughout the customer journey.
