Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a motivated intern to support the Responsible Business team with the Verified Net Zero Hotels program in Madrid. You will assist with onboarding, data collection, and documentation, helping ensure consistent implementation of VNZ across hotels and corporate functions.

The role offers hands-on experience in sustainability, program management, and cross-functional coordination, with mentorship from the VNZ Manager and exposure to audits, reporting, and training

Qualifications

• Eligible to sign an internship agreement with an academic institution.
• Strong interest in sustainability, climate action, hospitality operations, or program management.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SharePoint or Power BI is an advantage.
• Fluent business English written and spoken.
• Proactive, curious, solution-oriented, and able to work independently with guidance.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and deliver on time.
• Build constructive working relationships and represent the company professionally.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager VNZ with day-to-day coordination and admin tasks.
• Maintain program plans, hotel trackers, action logs, timelines, contact lists, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate follow-ups with participating hotels, internal departments, and external partners.
• Prepare meeting materials, capture decisions and actions, and follow up on deadlines.
• Support continuous improvement and scale-up of VNZ processes, tools, and materials.
• Regularly report progress, risks, delays, and support needs to the Manager VNZ.
