Radisson Hotel Group invites applications for an Event & Communication Trainee based in Madrid. You will support planning and executing major corporate events, assist with internal and external communications, and help promote marketing materials and campaigns.

The role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment within The Club, Radisson Hotel Group's center of excellence for commercial discipline. Duration: 6 months.

Formación

• Must be enrolled in a school program (Traineeship Agreement required)
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Able to work remotely and in a team
• Able to work in the EU (internship based in Madrid)
• Strong coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and executing major corporate events (e.g., Revenue Strategy Days)
• Support participant and speaker communications, invitations, travel coordination
• Help prepare marketing materials, social media content, and email campaigns
• Coordinate logistics with local venues and suppliers and ensure alignment with event needs
• Collaborate with the event team and provide regular updates and planning input
