Radisson Hotel Group is offering a Talent Acquisition Trainee internship to attract, recruit, welcome and engage interns across our corporate offices in Brussels and Madrid. You’ll work with an international team across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Engagement and Retention, gaining hands-on experience and opportunities to contribute ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing and screening interns across Radisson’s corporate offices in Brussels and Madrid.
• Building relationships with hospitality schools, business schools and universities.
• Onboarding interns: contracts, relocation questions, and first-day activities.
• Creating a strong community of interns by organizing activities and events.
• Supporting Talent and HR projects and initiatives across the team.
• Gain practical experience in recruitment, stakeholder management, onboarding, engagement and employer branding.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our team and help us attract, recruit, welcome and engage interns across Radisson’s corporate support offices in Brussels and Madrid.

You’ll join a friendly and international team working across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Engagement and Retention. You’ll get hands‑on experience, work closely with different teams across the business and have plenty of opportunities to bring your own ideas.

Your internship will be shaped around your interests, strengths and development goals.

You could get involved in:

• Building and developing relationships with hospitality, business schools and universities.
• Exploring new partnerships and creative ways to attract young talent.
• Sourcing and screening candidates for internship opportunities across the business.
• Working with Heads of Department to understand their internship needs and profiles.
• Helping interns through their onboarding journey, from contracts and relocation questions to their first day and beyond.
• Staying connected with our interns throughout their experience, understanding how they are doing and helping identify development opportunities.
• Creating a strong community of interns by organizing activities that help them connect, learn from each other and feel part of RHG.
• Supporting other Talent and HR projects and initiatives along the way.

This is a great opportunity to discover what happens behind the scenes of Talent Acquisition and the wider employee journey.

You’ll gain practical experience in recruitment, stakeholder management, candidate experience, onboarding, engagement and employer branding, while working with an international HR team and business leaders.
