Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an Human People Operations Trainee in Madrid to support the People & Culture team. The role is hands-on, orderly, and aligned with local regulations, driving onboarding, payroll data, and HR inquiries through a ticket system.

You will maintain HR systems, assist with enrollment processes, and collaborate across the department while handling occasional travel and a strong sense of responsibility.

Formación

• Must be enrolled in a school program for internship eligibility.
• Fluent English and good communication skills.
• Pro-active with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to manage workload and deliver tasks.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to work collaboratively at all levels within the department.
• Flexible for occasional travel abroad.
• Autonomy and strong sense of responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Manage internship agreements and onboarding communications.
• Maintain HR systems accuracy and provide admin support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximise employee service and team experience.
• Upkeep employee records and files in compliance with legal requirements.
• Register enrollments and data modifications in benefit plans and tools.
• Provide first-level HR guidance via ticket/chat; escalate complex issues.
• Oversee internship-related NIE/TIE renewals and scheduling.
• Prepare monthly payroll information for trainees.
• Perform other HR tasks as assigned.
