Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Madrid invites applications for a six-month Trainee Verified Net Zero (VNZ) role within the Responsible Business team. You will support onboarding, data collection, audits, and training for the VNZ program to embed sustainability in hotel operations and guest experience.

As an intern you will coordinate with hotels and internal teams, maintain program records, and assist with verification processes, communications, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Eligible to sign an internship agreement with an academic institution.
Strong interest in sustainability, climate action, hospitality operations, or program management.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate hotel onboarding and implementation for the VNZ program.
Maintain program information, trackers, and documentation.
Prepare meeting materials and capture decisions/actions.
Support data collection, audits, and training communications.
Report progress, risks, and support needs to the Manager VNZ.
Assist with the rollout and continuous improvement of VNZ processes.
