Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is offering an Event & Communication Trainee position in Madrid. You will support the planning and execution of major corporate events, assist internal and external communications, and help create marketing materials and campaigns for attendees, speakers, and sponsors.

This is a hands-on internship with exposure to strategic projects. The role provides an international, fast-scaling environment with mentorship and growth opportunities, and requires enrollment in a school

Qualifications

• You must be enrolled in a school program and have a Traineeship Agreement.
• Strong project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to translate complex concepts into clear learning materials.
• Fluent in English; another European language is a plus.
• Team player with good communication; capable of remote work.
• Eligible to work in the European Union; internship based in Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and execution of corporate events like Revenue Strategy Days.
• Support internal and external communications.
• Create marketing materials, social media content, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate with local agencies, venues, and suppliers for events and logistics.
• Collaborate with the event team and provide regular updates.
