Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Eligible to sign an internship agreement with an academic institution.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork mindset.
• Genuine interest in hospitality and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Operations team in day-to-day activities.
• Contribute to data analysis and reporting to drive operational decisions.
• Assist in evaluating software, systems performance and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare presentations for leadership.
