NP Group is seeking an experienced Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide Level 2 deskside support across end-user devices, network infrastructure and meeting room technologies.

This long-term freelance assignment requires hands-on experience with Windows, hardware and Office 365, plus strong customer service and communication skills for enterprise environments.

Formación

• Experience in onsite/deskside IT support.
• Strong Windows, hardware and Office 365 troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

• Level 2 hardware and software support
• Device deployments, imaging and hardware refresh
• Smart Hands support for network, server and AV infrastructure
• Troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers and Teams Rooms
• Office moves, asset management and end‑user support
• Coordinating with vendors and Global IT teams
