IE University’s Business School is seeking a Program Assistant for Undergraduate Programs to support students and faculty in Madrid. The role requires strong English/Spanish communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a multicultural team.

The position is full-time, based in Madrid (IE Tower), with responsibilities including serving as a liaison with students and professors, handling internal/external communications, and helping organize student events.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with customer interface and organizing events.
• Excellent organization and a proactive can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Curious, eager to learn, and able to work in a multicultural environment.
• EU work permit valid.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a point of contact with students and faculty.
• Manage communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize and participate in events with students.
