PropHero, an AI-driven marketplace for property investment, seeks a Treasury & Payments Intern to split time between Business Analytics & Reporting and day-to-day invoicing and treasury tasks. You'll help keep financial records accurate and audit-ready while learning from the Senior Finance Analyst.

Based in Madrid or Valencia with a Hybrid work setup, you will build Excel reports, assist with banking documentation, and support forecasting, monthly closings, and cross-border portfolio

Formación

• Must have a degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• Based in Madrid or Valencia with hybrid work availability.
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Microsoft BC, Word and PowerPoint a plus.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Split time between Business Analytics & Reporting and day-to-day invoicing and treasury activities.
• Support invoicing across the renovation area and reconcile client payments.
• Assist with banking relationships and monthly closings.
• Contribute to cash flow, P&L forecasting and quarterly reporting for international portfolio.
• Analyze data in Excel and help streamline accounting workflows.

How will you contribute to PropHero?

Your main mission is to split your time across two areas of Finance: Business Analytics & Reporting, working closely with our Senior Finance Analyst, and day-to-day invoicing and controlling, working with the Invoicing & Treasury team— ensuring our financial and corporate records stay accurate and audit-ready.

Your contributions will be essential in helping us scale. Here's how you can make a difference:

• Help prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and gross margin analysis, using bookkeeping software.
• Support day-to-day invoicing across the renovation area.
• Support reconciliation of client payment records and consolidated P&L / Balance Sheet data across the group.
• Assist with banking relationship management, including account opening files, authorization documents, and correspondence with banking contacts.
• Support international portfolio operations in Indonesia and Bali, including quarterly reporting, reconciliation, and coordination with local finance contacts.
• Assist with ad hoc financial and productivity analysis across departments, including data organization and visualization in Excel.
• Assist with Cashflow and P&L forecasting, and support monthly closings.
• Help identify opportunities to streamline administrative and accounting workflows through continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – we're a close-knit team, and collaboration is key.
• Strong attention to detail – entity administration and banking documentation leave no room for error.
• Analytical mindset with strong technical abilities to tackle complex financial problems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Business Central, Word, and PowerPoint would be a plus.
• You have completed a degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or Data Analytics (mandatory) and/or Masters.
• Based in Madrid or Valencia, with availability to work in a hybrid format (a mix of in-office and remote).
