Maersk is seeking a Transport Network Planner in Valencia to design, optimize, and maintain transportation network solutions that enable reliable, cost-effective logistics operations. You will translate customer and business requirements into executable network plans, ensuring right service, routing, lead times, and carrier solutions.

You will work with Procurement, Control Tower, carriers, terminals, and stakeholders to drive performance and continuous improvement, balancing cost and service

Formación

• Experience in transportation planning, logistics, or network design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven thinking.
• Commercial mindset balancing customer needs, cost and efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain transportation network plans and routing strategies.
• Develop lane profiles, lead-time models, and service requirements.
• Define routing, consolidation, mode selection, and carrier allocation.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations on carrier sourcing and deployment.
• Analyze network performance, costs, service levels, and capacity utilization.
• Evaluate scenarios and propose cost-effective, high-service solutions.
• Maintain network plans, routing guides, and carrier information.
• Support continuous improvement through data analysis and reviews.
