Qualifications

• 3+ years in proposal writing, tender management, or RFP responses.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, persuasive responses.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Writing and RFP Support.
• Coordinate inputs, timelines, reviews, approvals, and submissions across stakeholders.
• Write, edit, proofread, and format proposal responses to ensure accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Maintain and improve the proposal content library and reusable content.
• Track proposal activity, deadlines, risks, and outcomes for visibility.
