Job summary

DP World is seeking a Regional Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal processes for our logistics business in a global context. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to develop, review, and deliver competitive submissions aligned with customer needs and company goals.

This individual contributor role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders while driving proposal strategy, execution, and compliance. English proficiency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, economics, logistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of tender management experience with solid business understanding.
• Experience in logistics & supply chain and knowledge of global forwarding operations a plus.
• Excellent communication skills across audiences in English.
• Strong analytical, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to identify key requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, competitive proposals (content excluding pricing).
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Product, and SMEs to gather proposal content.
• Maintain compliance with proposal management processes and internal standards.
• Support rollout of proposal management tools and content management system.
