DDN seeks an experienced RFP and Proposal Management leader to create and oversee the global response process for RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and other formal procurement activities. This role will partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product Management, Legal, Security, and Operations to deliver high-quality, compliant responses.

The role aims to streamline DDN Go-To-Market by building the backbone of our most strategic proposals and improving submission efficiency and win rates

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in proposal management, bid management, sales operations, or technical sales support.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written communication abilities.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage end-to-end RFP, RFI, RFQ, and proposal response processes.
• Acquire and manage the RFP tool.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors to ensure timely submissions.
• Develop and maintain proposal content libraries and knowledge repositories.
• Establish proposal management governance and best practices.
• Review customer requirements and identify response strategies.
• Manage proposal schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Improve response quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Track proposal metrics, win rates, and process performance.
• Support strategic and high-visibility customer opportunities.

This will be a key role to streamline DDN Go-To-Market by creating the backbone of our most strategic proposals.

This role will partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product Management, Legal, Security, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and compelling customer responses.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
