Job summary

Keyfactor seeks a Senior RFP & Bid Manager, EMEA, to establish and manage the RFP, RFI, and tender response framework across the EMEA sales organization. The role drives end-to-end bid processes with input from Sales, Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Compliance, ensuring timely, accurate submissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in RFP/proposal/bid management in B2B software or tech environments.
• Experience coordinating complex RFPs/RFIs/tenders with multiple internal/external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of public and private procurement procedures and tender processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the EMEA RFP and bid management framework.
• Coordinate end-to-end RFP/RFI/tender responses across Sales, Legal, Compliance, and other functions.
• Develop and improve bid management methodologies and standards.
• Establish centralized RFP content and knowledge management (Loopio) governance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Provide guidance on bid management practices and escalation when needed.
• Review technical, security, contractual content for accuracy before submission.
• Serve as primary contact for customer procurement reps and external bid partners.
• Analyze bid performance and drive process improvements.
