DDN is seeking an experienced RFP & Proposal Management leader to create and oversee the global response process for customer requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), security questionnaires, and other formal procurement activities. This will streamline DDN Go-To-Market by creating the backbone of our most strategic proposals.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, bid management, sales operations, or technical sales support.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written communication abilities.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the end-to-end RFP, RFI, RFQ, and proposal response process.
• Acquire and Manage the RFP Tool.
• Experience leading similar global programs or operational initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors to ensure timely submissions.
• Develop and maintain proposal content libraries and knowledge repositories.
• Establish proposal management best practices and governance processes.
• Review customer requirements and identify response strategies.
• Manage proposal schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Improve response quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Track proposal metrics, win rates, and process performance.
• Support strategic and high-visibility customer opportunities.
