Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Health is seeking a Proposal Specialist to join the proposal and tender team. You will support Health Research and Health International by developing high-quality responses to RFPs and RFx opportunities, interpreting customer requirements, coordinating cross-functional contributors, and managing proposal timelines through submission.

You will also contribute to process improvements, templates, content reuse, and reporting across the Health organization, collaborating with Sales,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 3 years of proposal writing, tender management, RFP response, bid management, or related commercial writing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Additional European language skills are an advantage.
• Exceptional editing, proofreading, and document-quality skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into clear, persuasive responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-quality, structured responses to RFPs, tenders, and RFx opportunities.
• Coordinate inputs, timelines, reviews, approvals, and submissions across Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Write, edit, proofread, and format proposal responses to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer requirements and internal standards.
• Analyze solicitation requirements and develop compliant response plans and content outlines.
• Maintain and improve proposal content library and reusable content.
• Track proposal activity, deadlines, risks, and outcomes, providing visibility into workload and quality measures.
