EY Europe West seeks a Pursuit Strategist – Associate Director to coach account teams, lead bid management for strategic pursuits, and drive pursuit strategy across the region. You will develop tailored messaging, oversee all pursuit workstreams, and influence senior leaders to win high-value opportunities.

Ideally, you will lead a team, foster innovation in pursuit management, and mentor colleagues while maintaining outstanding client-facing materials and internal collaboration across borders.

Qualificações

• Pursuit management experience.
• Significant experience in developing external marketing communications.
• Significant experience working in a cross-border, multi-cultural environment.
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Coach Account Teams on pursuit strategy and provide a full-service pursuit management support model for strategic, high-end opportunities.
• Serve as Bid Management Lead of highly complex pursuits.
• Lead overall pursuit strategy on Focus Core / Strategic opportunities (in the absence of a Pursuit Leader).
• Facilitate pursuit strategy sessions, manage outputs and drive actions.
• Lead the development of opportunity value propositions and client-facing materials.
