Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 12+ years current experience with EY or Global Professional Services firm.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate, shape, and deliver the function(s) strategy with leaders.
• Collaborate with function leadership on strategic planning and insights.
• Provide strategic guidance on management information and performance.
• Articulate leadership model to activate strategy and client conversations.
• Coordinate with regions to expand pipeline and revenue streams.
• Develop campaigns and execute strategic events.
• Maintain relationships with regions and leaders for agenda setting.
