EY is seeking an Associate Director to drive growth and adoption of digitally enabled forensic solutions across Europe, with APAC extension. This market activation role partners with country and regional leaders to shape go-to-market strategies and accelerate client value delivery.

You will lead change from traditional delivery to technology-led services, equip leaders to position and sell offerings, and manage strategic pursuits across the portfolio including Integrity & Compliance,

Formación

• Track record of commercialising services and driving revenue in professional services
• Ability to drive change across distributed teams
• Strong client network and executive communication skills
• Fluency in forensic technology and AI to translate capability into client value
• 10–15 years' experience in Forensics, Compliance, Regulatory Risk, Financial Crime, Investigations or related services

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Market Development: drive Europe growth strategy for digital forensic solutions and expand across countries.
• Driving Adoption & Commercial Enablement: lead shift to technology-led delivery and empower leaders to position and scale offerings.
• Client Engagement & Commercial Leadership: support strategic pursuits and shape complex proposals across the portfolio.
• Market Presence & Thought Leadership: represent EY at events and develop market insights and materials.
• Stakeholder Management: build relationships with regional and country leaders to drive growth objectives.
