Elastic, powered by Forge, seeks an EU Sales Director to own revenue, pipeline, and prospecting outcomes across the EU and associated regions. You will directly manage and develop a team of Account Executives, setting regional strategies and driving quota attainment with executive relationship-building at scale.

Travel requirements are 30–40% within Europe, with periodic international travel to US/global offices.

Formación

• 5–10+ years of Enterprise Sales, Strategic Accounts, or Sales Leadership experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
