Allianz Direct seeks a People Partner to act as a trusted advisor across the employee lifecycle, focusing on talent acquisition, culture, and organizational effectiveness. You will partner with business leaders to deliver practical HR solutions that drive performance and engagement.

The role emphasizes a data-driven approach, leveraging SuccessFactors and exploring AI/digital solutions to enhance decision-making and process efficiency. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• HR Business Partner with experience in fast-paced or insurance environments.
• Broad HR perspective covering culture, engagement, talent, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors.
• Strong data mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
• Interest and practical exposure to AI in HR.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders as a trusted advisor for day-to-day people decisions and long-term priorities.
• Drive and implement key People & Culture processes across the lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance, development, and engagement.
• Take an active role in recruitment, managing end-to-end hiring for selected roles and ensuring a strong candidate experience.
• Support and strengthen a high-performance culture by translating engagement insights into action.
• Use data and insights to inform decisions and identify trends, with a practical, business-oriented approach.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data in SuccessFactors for reliable reporting.
• Promote continuous improvement by applying digital tools and AI where relevant.
