Werfen is seeking a strategic People Partner Digital & Analytics to lead the employee lifecycle initiatives, culture, and engagement. You will partner with business leaders to drive data-driven decisions and elevate the employee experience through digital HR, AI tools, and analytics platforms.

The role emphasizes strengthening the People Function with scalable processes, high data quality, and proactive talent programs across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR, business administration, or related fields.
• Master’s degree or postgraduate studies in HR, digital transformation, or related areas desirable.
• Certifications in People Analytics, Digital HR, AI, Data Visualization, or Automation are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and advance the employee journey and experience across lifecycle moments.
• Design and deploy employer branding initiatives across digital and offline channels.
• Maintain and improve People KPI dashboards and data quality across systems.
• Lead digital HR initiatives, AI adoption, and process automation within the function.
• Collaborate with IT and Global People teams to optimize workflows and reporting.
