Werfen is seeking a People Partner Digital & Analytics to lead employee journey initiatives, employer branding and data-driven HR across the Immunoassay & Digital Solutions function. The role partners with global teams to drive digital adoption, AI-enabled processes, and workforce insights for smarter decision-making.

The position focuses on improving employee experience, data quality, and scalable people processes while collaborating with VP People Function and managers across sites.

Formación

• Degree in relevant field and experience in People Function roles.
• Experience with HRIS and data dashboards.
• Strong English and Spanish language required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead employee lifecycle initiatives and talent programs.
• Drive employee experience, branding and talent attraction.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting.
• Promote AI-enabled, data-driven HR processes.
