eDreams ODIGEO in Barcelona (hybrid) seeks an experienced People Business Partner to shape talent strategy across multiple teams. You will partner with the People Team to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and engagement initiatives.

You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, guiding the implementation of People Team strategies with strong change management and analytical thinking. A collaborative mindset is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as HR Business Partner with partners across HR centers of expertise.
• Ability to lead through change and navigate ambiguity with clarity.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret people data and translate insights.
• Experience partnering with leadership teams to implement HR initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies applied in HR contexts.

Responsabilités

• Partner with People Team Expertise Areas to co-create and implement HR agendas such as workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, performance management and engagement programs.
• Act as trusted advisor and point of contact for people-related matters, guiding leaders in implementing People Team strategies.
• Support change management initiatives and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
