• Experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Licensing, or B2B commercial development.
• Strong hunter mindset with experience identifying and developing opportunities from scratch.
• Proven ability to negotiate agreements and build commercial relationships.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Open-minded and comfortable working within the adult entertainment industry.

Aufgaben

• Identify and acquire new strategic partners, brands, platforms, and distributors.
• Develop B2B business opportunities across new markets and channels.
• Own the entire partnership acquisition cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiation and closing.
• Explore collaborations with brands, retailers, media companies, and cultural organisations.
• Identify opportunities in content distribution, licensing, and commercial partnerships.
• Represent the brand at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Growth team to develop new growth initiatives.
