Job summary

Ikigai Talent Group in Barcelona is seeking a Creator Partnerships Manager with a hunter mindset to drive growth for an internationally recognised digital entertainment brand known for its sex-positive approach.

You will identify, approach, and acquire creators and content partners across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and podcasts, owning the full outreach-to-partnership cycle and collaborating with the Marketing & Growth team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Talent Relations, Community Development, or Influencer Acquisition.
• Strong hunter mindset with proactive creator outreach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new influencers, creators, and potential brand ambassadors.
• Develop outreach strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, and other channels.
• Own the creator acquisition cycle from prospecting to partnership activation.
• Build relationships with micro-influencers, sexologists, educators, and communities.
• Explore collaborations with creators, media personalities, and aligned organisations.
• Negotiate creative collaborations and long-term partnerships.
• Represent the brand at events and industry gatherings.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Growth to drive influencer campaigns.
