n8n is a remote-first platform empowering teams across Europe to orchestrate workflows with a blend of code and no-code. We are seeking a senior Partnerships Manager to convert strategic partnerships into enterprise pipeline and to allocate partner marketing resources for maximum impact.

You will set partner priorities, run programs that generate joint content and events, and coordinate with Sales and Field Marketing to move opportunities from plan to execution while expanding reach to Tier 2

Aufgaben

• Set partner marketing priorities by building integrated, multi-quarter plans with priority partners.
• Run programs that create pipeline through joint content, customer stories, webinars, workshops and events.
• Secure budgets and commitments on both sides and drive programs from plan to execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Marketing, Demand Gen, Product Marketing and DevRel on go-to-market initiatives.
• Extend reach to Tier 2 and regional partners, including APAC markets, with lighter-weight programs.
• Build repeatable playbooks and set up measurements linking partner activity to engagement and pipeline.
