Job summary

Tekst seeks a seasoned Partnerships & Alliances leader focused on ERP ecosystems to drive revenue and strategic alliances with SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, and other platform players. You’ll leverage your network to generate pipeline and close multi-party deals in collaboration with the Sales team.

You’ll design and scale a partner program, align integrators and transformation firms, and ensure joint value with customers. Flexible location and international reach are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in partnerships and alliances.
• Know the ERP ecosystem from the inside, ideally from a partner or ecosystem role at SAP or from owning a major platform relationship at an ISV or SI.
• Built partner programs at a Process Intelligence or automation company and understand partner-led selling.

Responsibilities

• Own how Tekst wins deals inside buyer ecosystems.
• Build and expand ERP alliances (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle) and extend to Salesforce and other platforms.
• Bring in the right delivery partners to strengthen alliances.
• Co-sell with Sales through partner-aligned deal orchestration and pipeline reviews.
• Create a partner program from scratch: agreements, enablement, certification paths, MDF and portal.
• Equip partners to sell Tekst with pitches, demos, and proof points.
