Sheraton Mallorca Arabella Golf Hotel in Son Vida, Mallorca, is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily operations and uphold the highest service standards. You will shape the guest experience by partnering with department heads, developing talent, and driving financial performance while ensuring compliance with Marriott brand standards and company policies.

You will collaborate with Revenue, Sales & Marketing, Finance and HR to achieve objectives and foster a culture of excellence.

• Deliver budgeted financial results while identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Monitor service quality, guest feedback and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, Finance and HR to meet business objectives.
• Support talent development, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
• Promote a culture of excellence, teamwork and continuous improvement throughout the hotel.
