Job summary

Castillo Hotel Son Vida, Mallorca’s iconic luxury property within The Luxury Collection, invites an accomplished General Manager to lead operations, guest experience and business performance.

The role requires strategic leadership, a hands-on management style and a track record in luxury hotel brands, ideally Marriott international, with proven ability to develop teams, manage ownership relationships and deliver exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior hotel leadership positions.
• Strong background in luxury hospitality and international brands.
• Experience with Marriott International or The Luxury Collection is highly valued.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage ownership relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the hotel.
• Drive operational, financial and commercial performance to meet budgeted results.
• Lead, develop and support the Executive Committee and department heads.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience aligned with The Luxury Collection and Marriott standards.
• Develop and execute the annual business plan, budget and forecasts.
