Job summary

Arabella Hospitality España in Mallorca is seeking an Area Revenue Director to lead the Revenue Management function for the hotel portfolio. The role focuses on shaping revenue strategy, forecasting and performance across properties while collaborating with General Managers, Sales, Marketing and Finance.

You will drive pricing, inventory and distribution decisions, oversee the RM team, and report insights to owners and asset management to maximise revenue and market share in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Revenue Management.
• Previous multi-property, cluster or area Revenue Management experience is essential.
• Experience leading and developing Revenue Management teams.
• Experience within Marriott International or another international hotel company is essential.
• Strong experience in pricing, forecasting, segmentation, inventory management and distribution.
• Ability to translate data to clear business recommendations and actions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Revenue Management strategy across the hotel portfolio.
• Develop pricing, inventory, segmentation and distribution strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and develop the Revenue Management team with clear objectives and performance expectations.
• Provide strategic direction to property Revenue Managers and ensure consistent RM standards.
• Drive forecasting processes and lead rooms revenue budgeting across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance to align RM with wider business goals.
• Monitor market share and competitive performance and translate insights into actions.
