Sheraton Mallorca Arabella Golf Hotel in Son Vida, Mallorca, is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily operations and uphold the highest service standards. You will shape the guest experience by partnering with department heads, developing talent, and driving financial performance while ensuring compliance with Marriott brand standards and company policies.

You will collaborate with Revenue, Sales & Marketing, Finance and HR to achieve objectives and foster a culture of excellence.

The role

The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service, financial performance and operational excellence.

The role works closely with department heads and corporate teams to foster an engaged culture, develop talent and continuously enhance the guest experience.
